- Added RNG Meter (`/rngmeter`) — select a boss drop you've already obtained, earn progressive odds per kill, and guarantee it when the meter fills. Per-boss tracking, resets on drop.
- Spend Hunter Points in the boss shop to buy summoning keys directly.

Outpost HUD now shows which outpost you're standing inside.

- Last Stand cooldown now resets only after 60 seconds fully out of combat.
- Silence now applies a 10-second cooldown on the target after it expires — they cannot be immediately re-silenced.
- Silence tooltip updated to reflect full suppression and 0.5s/level duration.
